The House Committee on Niger Delta Development Commission has summoned the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs , Senator Godswill Akpabio , to appear before it .
The committee issued the summons after the former acting Managing Director of NDDC, Dr Joy Nunieh, made a series of allegations against him , concerning his administration of the NDDC.
The investigation of the NDDC had got messier on Thursday as the police invaded the Port Harcourt residence of Nunieh.
It was alleged that the invasion was to prevent Nunieh from moving from Port Harcourt to Abuja to testify before the panel .
